Knitting Socks Class March 4-March 25, 2026

Want to learn how to knit socks??  Then this is the class for you.  Participants need to know how to cast on, knit and purl.  Written instructions will be provided.  Knitting between classes will be necessary to complete your first sock and possibly be halfway through your second sock!  Hand knit socks truly are the most comfortable! Classes will be held at The Studio at Simple Hill Farm.   

Four Classes: Wednesday evenings March 4, 11, 18 & 25, 2026 6:30-8:30pm

Registration deadline is Wednesday February 25, 2026.  

$80 + $24 materials fees (includes 1 skein of Simple Hill Farm Yarn-color of your choice & pattern).  

Not included in the material fees, but needed are 2 16" and/or 24" circular needles of the same size (size 1, 2 or 3-smaller size=tighter knit and may hold up longer) and a darning needle.  Heidi will provide recommendations for the knitting needles upon registration.

This class is taught by Heidi Lantz-Trissel, owner and operator of Simple Hill Farm.

Class size is limited to 8 participants

We require a minimum of four participants, if the minimum number is not met and class is canceled, a full refund will be issued. If you register and are unable to attend, a 50% refund will be issued if we are notified at least 10 business days prior to the start of class. No refunds will be issued for dropped registrations less than 10 business days prior to the start of class.
